So we have hired an extra team member who will be primarily concerned with adding new products and keeping the blog updated with any news of new product lines. Yvonne will become a regular contributor to our blog in the coming weeks.

As you all know by now, there have been several postal strikes in the last few weeks. We have unavoidably been affected but managed to get nearly all urgent orders dispatched at no extra cost to our customers.

I am pleased to say that at present the threat of another strike has passed as the unions and officials at Royal Mail negotiate which means our delivery service is running as normal. We will keep you informed.

Great news for those placing last minute orders - we’ve successfully negotiated with both our courier company Parcel Force and Royal Mail and we are now able to offer Same Day Dispatch on all in-stock orders placed before 3pm.

Additionally, (and as you would expect from Kiltmakers) we are usually able to process orders past this deadline however we cannot guarantee same day dispatch.

Please note: we are only able to offer same day dispatch on ‘working days’ (ie. Monday - Friday excluding holidays).
