Kiltmakers.co.uk has been inundated with positive feedback as a response to our email “How did we do?”. We use this to gain valuable data on any issues that could be improved. This helps us to ensure our site can offer a pleasant online shopping experience.

We ask customers to rate our performance and give us a score out of five for three aspects of the order process. However many have added very positive comments in addition to giving us 5 out of 5s.
